UXade (pronounced: you ecks aid) was founded by Dave Ade, a user experience professional with over 20 years' experience in product design, development, and research. Seeing a need for businesses to improve their entire customer experience ecosystem, UXade was born.
Prior to starting UXade, Dave spent six years at USAA, where he guided cross-functional project teams on the strategic research and tactical execution of innovative usability improvements that engaged members and created stronger relationships. His usability and research efforts encompassed everything from web and mobile apps, to augmented reality, AI/machine learning, physical products, and 3rd party partnerships. Dave also spent time as a Lead Human Factors Engineer on a government contract in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, was Vice President of Human Factors Engineering at Citigroup in Florida, and started his career as a Web Designer and Multimedia Developer for a consumer electronics company in Northern Virginia.
